DebLovig: I think there is another point to note. Small and medium-sized towns may have different operating modes than large cities when implementing LED lighting plans. Generally, small and medium-sized towns and cities do not have the conditions to set up special funds. They cannot have a formal fund like Los Angeles and are responsible for the implementation of LED city lighting plans. Therefore, small and medium-sized cities and towns need flexible management, and fully rely on industry associations to make LED city lighting possible with less investment in human and material resources. I think this is especially important for small and medium-sized towns where funds are scarce.



Seek government support and conduct international exchanges
